Amanda began her working life in the Veterinary Science and Pharmaceutical sectors, undertaking a number of marketing roles where she developed new markets, established new sales forces and created relationships with distributors.
Looking to develop herself further, she wanted to combine her commercial experience with her interest in psychology. Having originally gained a first class honours degree, she went on to study for an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from University of Surrey.
She joined Kaisen in 2001 and has undertaken work across all areas of the Kaisen product range and works with clients across a number of industry sectors. She has established a strong track record in assessing and developing leadership at all levels in organisations, as well as for working in partnership with clients to deliver development programmes within organisations. She has particular interest in individual development, coaching and the psychology of change and how this can be managed at an organisational level.
