After graduating in Psychology at Southampton University, Alex spent 4 years in commercial retail management. He joined Kaisen in 1998 consulting on leadership, talent, organisational design and development across a wide range of sectors including media, FMCG, utilities and financial services.

He gained further first-hand experience of designing and executing organisational development and change programmes working in-house for blue chip organisations: as Head of Learning and Organisational Development at AstraZeneca UK, and Head of Organisational Design and Change for the BBC. He also has experience working in rural settings to develop organisational capability in NGOs.

Alex is now based in South East Asia. While completing an MBA in emerging markets, he provides strategic, organisational design and change management consultancy.
