After completing a BSc in Psychology and French at Goldsmith's University, Doug worked for several years within the Hospitality sector managing large outlets both overseas as well as in the UK. His particular fascination was with the psychology and motivation of the workforce, which eventually led to an MSc in Occupational Psychology at London Metropolitan University. Here, he carried out detailed research into the effective management of employee well-being and employee engagement, joining Kaisen shortly afterwards. With Kaisen he has worked mainly within the financial services sector developing leadership capability as well as large-scale recruitment programmes. His interests include leadership assessment and development, employee engagement and motivation as well as senior level recruitment.
