After graduating in Psychology from The University of Winchester Joe completed his MSc in Occupational Psychology at Goldsmiths College, University of London.

Having gained experience within the clinical health and finance sectors he undertook a role in the USA, coaching, developing training programmes, and profiling individuals of various Sports Organisations for Major League Soccer and The Focus Group. Prior to joining Kaisen he worked as an HR Advisor for CNH within the Fiat Group, developing his interest and experience in selection and recruitment, change management and performance coaching.
