Maria studied Psychology at the University of Sussex and completed her Masters at the University of London. Before joining Kaisen, she worked as an associate with a number of career counselling firms offering one-to-one careers advice and selecting and assessing candidates for a variety of roles.

Prior to working within business psychology, Maria taught business English for a number of years to blue chip clients such as Telefonica, firstly overseas and later in the UK. She has extensive experience in teaching individuals from a variety of backgrounds from Europe to the Far East and therefore has a good understanding of cultural differences and their implications across the business world.
